What you will be doing 

At Chalhoub we're a family company with a start up spirit. Our Executive Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support, conducting research, preparing statistical reports and presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

  • Manage the Manager's diary and appointments
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when required
  • Review selected documents that come to the Office of the Manager and make recommendations for action
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, departments, and external customers and suppliers on Manager’s behalf and ensure smooth and efficient communication flow
  • Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed
  • Manage in coordination with travel department travel plans, itineraries, expenses and travel-related documents
  • Assist in planning and organising visits of selected visitors
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
  • Follow-up on progress of directives and projects managed by the Manager
  • Conduct research and prepare statistical reports
  • Arrange and coordinate events etc. when required
  • Handle all digital archiving of documents, records, and reports
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work

 

What you'll need to succeed 

  •  University Degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 -5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretory for C Level
  • Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be detail-minded, initiative, well-organized with good communication skills.

    What you’ll be doing

    Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.

    • Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
    • Address customers’ queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
    • Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs an meeting or surpassing customers expectations
    • Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
    • Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
    • Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up knowledge
    • Sell-out target tracking at store level
    • Generate daily sales reports
    • Participate in achieving incentives
    • Track post-launch sales at store level
    • Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines
    • Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
    • Report stock shortages using the stock order form
    • Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures

    Influencer Marketing Executive - The Beauty Makers (Arabic Speaker)

    What you will be doing 

    We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and extremely communicative Influencer Executive to help us establish and manage influencer relationships. This role will be focused on co-creating the influencer strategy with the marketing team. We're looking for an avid social media user who is well-versed in social content. 

    You will know how to build meaningful relationships and negotiate deals with influencer partners to grow customer acquisition, raise brand awareness and ultimately drive sales. You are strategic, data-driven while balancing the need to be process-oriented, creative, and passionate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build relationships with top media and influencers resulting in free coverage and a successful brand reputation allowing an increase in sales
    • Co-create the influencer strategy with the marketing team for all animations, activities and brand equity building exercises
    • Support in building the squad strategy for Wow Beauty Forward and Beauty Nation and drive the activities throughout the year
    • Assemble a makeup/skincare squad of influencers / Key opinion leaders/ content creators across the GCC
    • Utilize key members of influencer squad for gifting to build association with brands, create content and drive social conversation
    • Work on creative gifting to send to top media and influencers to create a hype on social media resulting in increased awareness of the brands
    • Identify and engage key influencers to collaborate (paid/non-paid) with for launches, key activities, promotions etc.
    • Support in defining the affiliate program by reaching out to the right influencers and to maintain relationship while tracking their success rate
    • Responsible for managing influencer calendar, receiving content and scheduling their content & production
    • Share feedback and support the marketing team in terms of content creation, social media strategies and coordinate for coverage for influencers content / makeup artist and skincare fanatics

    What you'll need to succeed 

    • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Public Relations or Similar 
    • A minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
    • Able to manage budgets
    • Previous experience in influencer relationship management
    • Experience in PR strategy development and implementation
    • Excellent team player and team builder
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, and timeline sensitive work environment
    • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
    • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
    • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadline
