  • Prepare and Verifies Deal Packs for invoicing & delivery
  • Creation of financial documentation for bank deals and scan deal pack to Accountant
  • Validate customer documentation for delivery 
  • Preparation, display and tracking of demo and marketing units

About the Position:
We are currently looking for a competent Cost Clerk to work with Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai.  Your main role is to receive process and administer all departmental job costing in accordance with the retail and distributor process requirements and guidelines. You will support the Aftersales department in the ensuring the correct invoicing of productive labour, consumables, oils. paint and materials and any sublet items are with the correct and   accurate allocation of all job codes, repair incidents and associated repair codes for each repair, to minimise the lost productive time used on diagnostic of repairs, and to conduct all of this whilst operating within the retail and manufacturer guidelines.

As part of our Service team, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Complete the daily process, review, verification and processing of job cards
  • Ensure that productive working hours are claimed against each repair type and minimise lost productive hours
  • Ensure that each job card meets the  distributor recommended operational programs to ensure correct procedure and Kaizen adherence

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification, preferably equivalent to a financial background. You must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Cost Clerk within the automotive dealership. You must have strong office management skills and be able to communicate effectively. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset. Knowledge with SAP is a strong advantage.

  • Evaluate the labour and parts line items in a service order and split into different jobs and allocate sub order
  • Apply discounts in consultation with Service Manager  on labour and parts items on the service order
  • Apply parts issued on a service order to the appropriate labour jobs for proper accounting

About The Role:

Support the resolution and trouble shooting team of the store in the communication between the customer and our delivery suppliers and assisting with customer complaints from all channels to ensure it is resolved immediately and effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Complaints from all channels such as social media, store walk in, engagement center, delivery teams, must be registered and recorded in MV-CRM, and ensure the resolution is provided within 24 hours.
  • Optimize the relationship with customers in order to drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability by knowing the IKEA product range and services and actively work to offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers.
  • Ensure Delivery and Assembly jobs/ routing summary to be done as per business requirement and whenever are needed while maintaining efficiency, proactivity and productivity of their daily task.
  • Highlight immediately on repeated or same item of manufacturing defect to maintain quality control and constantly update knowledge of current range and assembly instructions so as to instill customer confidence.

Job Purpose

To prepare and deliver all digital assets to the correct technical, design and content specifications, ensuring that Service Level Agreements and the digital marketing objectives of all our assets within the Group are met.

Key Accountabilities

Malls Website and Festival Rewards
  • Works closely with Marketing Team to update content on the Festival City Mall’s website and Festival Rewards and any affiliated microsites, and provides copyediting/proofreading assistance. Departments are primarily responsible for developing and generating content, but this role provides collaborative and proactive oversight and guidance to streamline process.
  • Develops and implements editorial calendar and create the overall content strategy and integrating Festival City Mall’s communications and marketing plans and e-communications and social media schedules.
  • Works with Marketing Team to maintain Website and App events and offer calendar.
  • Keeps up-to-date on best practices for digital communications and on the forefront of trends, technology, media and best practices in managing web content and responsive design.
  • Works with the Marketing team to identify potential areas of improvement and recommend implementation strategies.
  • Will debug issues that arise with the performance of the website and app in collaboration with the IT Department or relevant vendors.
  • Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations.

Digital Wayfinding and Advertising
  • Coordinate with both team members and tenant to make sure all our digital advertising screens are up to date.

About The Role

 

The Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer

Experience, and for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e.

Housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.)

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness
  • Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions
  • Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand and the company
  • Participates in all inventories
  • Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.
  • Meets or exceeds weekly sales targets
  • Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management
  • Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule
  • Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties
  • Follows M&S Policies and Procedures 100%
  • Performs housekeeping duties as required
  • Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code
  • Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non business like greeting
  • Provides customers with current relevant information
  • Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and attempts to add on to the sale about the product
  • Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and captures customer information in the database
  • Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping at M&S as they exit the store, and invites them back.

 

About You

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Degree
  • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience
  • A passion for the retail industry
  • Willing to work in Shifts
  • Flexibility and punctuality

 

Job-Specific Skills:  

  • Good verbal communication skills, Some heavy lifting, Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours,
