Medical Customer Representative

Job Description

As a Medical Customer Representative you will utilize your strategic acumen to effectively manage your territory to ensure you are regularly engaging with healthcare professionals, to ensure that Organon is viewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and patients, achieving this through demonstrating the highest level of product and disease knowledge coupled with your competencies in sales and account management. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for Scientific Marketing of products and/or services in order to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives.
  • Responsible for medical representative calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
  • Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures
  • Efficient resource allocation addressing the scientific/marketing needs of the existing customers
  • Responsible for the market vigilance in the area and supports the marketing and medical team with the customers updates.
  • Managing the partnership/relationship with the fulfilment outlets.
  • Providing all requested and relevant business Data and analysis proactively and whenever needed.
  • Adhering to all special business projects and initiative.
  • Execution of marketing strategy in full alignment with BCM.
  • Collaboration with commercial & market access teams to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for development & motivation of team members to support driving results.
  • 100% execution under compliance/PV SOPs.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
  • Very Good command of English language
  • Proficient with required practical applications & software
  • Competent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
  • Pharmacy Background with at least 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
  • Transferable UAE residency
  • Valid driving license in UAE
