CRO Analyst |E-Commerce

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive increased lead and/or revenue for the platform through daily management of website optimization activities (A/B tests, multivariate tests, surveying, heat map analysis)
  • Create and execute ongoing testing strategies for website funnels, landing pages, home pages, etc.
  • Work with designers to brainstorm and create designs to maximize customer conversion rates
  • Project manage development tasks and tickets to ensure that projects are deployed on time and error-free
  • Improve customer’s user experience and increase the conversion.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics across different marketing channels, different buyer segments, and different parts of the customer journey.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead generating forms A/B test.
  • Collaborate with the category managers, marketing team, analysts, developers & UX team.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
    • 2+ years’ experience in marketing and site optimization OR product/business analytics.
    • Experience with A/B testing tools.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate test results, insights, and recommendations to internal teams.
    • Ideal experience in SQL, and Python.
    • B-Tech/MBA 2018/2019 graduates would be preferred
