Brand Manager - Acute Care

Position Summary

Nestlé Health Science was created in 2011 by Nestlé, the leading food and beverage company. We are a unique health science company focused on advancing the role nutrition plays in changing the course of health for consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Brand Marketer to join the passionate Nestlé Health Science (NHS) team based in Dubai. This is the perfect opportunity if you have a strong drive to succeed, have a  proactive attitude and an ability to work with autonomy.

In this role, you will support and improve the quality of life of patients in acute care setting, Delight and improve the wellbeing of target consumers/patients at risk or are malnourished, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

You will elevate the role of Nutrition within the Acute Care setting through patients and HCPS.

A day in the life of...

  • Develops and updates consumer/Patient/HCP portrait, consumer engagement funnel/Pateint Journey and Healthcare professional prescription/decision making for her/his brand
  • Activates Brand Essence across different touch points (hospital, pharmacy and e-commerce)
  • Manages 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to her/his brand
  • Develops and updates consumer portrait/patient journey/HCP prescription/desicion making, understands hospital/pharmacy and e-commerce environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
  • Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
  • Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand.
  • Contributes to the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or 5 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG - Healthcare background required
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and understands different country requirements.
  • Experience in handling Saudi Arabian market is mandatory
