Brief Description                             

Under the direction of the Retail Communications Manager, to assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of the overall Retail digital and social media advertising and promotions plans in accordance with annual Retail business plans and in compliance with the established ENOC brand standards, thus contributing to the achievement of overall targets of Retail departments. 

Detailed Description                      

Principal Accountabilities

1.     Under the general direction of the Retail Communications Manager and in consultation with the Retail Marketing Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Automotive Services Manager, Tasjeel Manager, and Franchise and F&B Manager, assist in the preparation of Digital and Social Media Marketing Communication plans detailing the activity along with the time schedule and budget associated with the same in accordance with ENOC BCCM standards and in line with business requirements

2.     Assist in develop, planning and directing the implementation of retail communications  activities for Retail through:

  • Preparation of general and operational staff briefings
  • Identification of possible joint promotions between various retail businesses to maximize benefits to the overall organization
  • Collection of post promotion data to use as inputs in analyzing the success of the said promotion and to establish the key strengths and weaknesses of the same to be utilized/avoided in future campaigns

3.     Digital Marketing

  • Serve as the retail champion for Digital Marketing and liaise with BCCM (Social Media Manager) to share monthly calendars and ensure that all activities are in line with ENOC Social Media Strategy
  • Manage and update enocretail.com and all other websites under Retail.
  • Create, manage and grow business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to twitter, facebook, linkedIn. etc. in alignment with ENOC Branding procedures.
  • Respond to customer’s queries and comments on established channels in real time as necessary by coordinating with all Retail units and other relevant internal units to ensure proper communication is addressed.
  • Identify and suggest new opportunities to have our brand and services available in maps Applications i.e. Google, Garmin.
  • Generate extra income out of telemarketing, mobile applications and renting advertising digital spots.
  •  
  • Assist in developing Mobile applications to expand our reach to customers.
  • Coordinate with digital service providers to continuously enhance digital marketing tools.

4.Telemarketing

  • Use Retail customer data base to up sell, introduce new services or items by communicating to customers through our existing mobile text service platform.
  • Continuously analyse customer data base to identify business opportunities and communicate the same to the different Retail units.

5. Assist the Retail Marketing Communications Manager in other tasks as may be required. 

6.Follow the Brand & Corporate Communications Management Policies and Procedures
