The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 



  • Ensure the flow of goods through supply chain – from 3PL service provider to various distributors in line with sales contract.
  • Obtaining freight quotes from forwarders to support CFR customers as per sales agreement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch of deliveries.
  • Prepare customs related documents for exports and imports.
  • Ensure inventory in ERP is up to date by booking GRN for inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain system vs physical stock levels.
  • Allocate stock in system based on the orders received from sales force.
  • Book sales invoices as per the guidelines & incoterms.
  • Provide full support to sales team for achieving budgeted sales targets.
  • Create customer database & customer price list in ERP as per sales agreement from sales team.
  • Report non-moving and slow moving items regularly to support sales function.
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and delivery issues on a weekly basis.
  • Process inventory adjustment after reconciliation of stock on monthly basis.
  • Manage purchase orders to factory based on sales recommendation and forecast (drop shipment).
  • Sales demand planning for each SKU respective to each region maintaining optimum availability and pass on cumulative sales forecast from sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate sales price of stock in system to ensure correct invoicing to customers.
  • Verifications of payment invoices from forwarders, 3PL service providers and customers in coordination with accounts.
  • Liaise with customer and forwarder to sort out any documentation issues.
  • Complete monthly closings to prepare various periodical reports to take respective action plan against each report.
  • Coordinate with accounts and auditor to conduct annual stock take.
  • Verify letter of credit received from distributors and coordinate with accounts for confirmation.
  • Analysis of sales trend.
  • Communicate with product manager for necessary documents for shipment conformity certificate and provide them to customers.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers for purchases and process packaging production orders.

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Min 3-5 years' experience in logistics and supply chain in any industry, preferably in FMCD.
  • Certification in logistics & supply chain would be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Logical thinking & proactive approach.
  • Problem solving capability
  • Strong MS-Excel knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in any ERP system preferable in SAP.
  • Good communication skills in English is a must, Arabic would be added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Understands the shipping Incoterms and Letter of the credit process.
