We are currently on the lookout for highly professional and experienced property consultants to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate would have hands on experience in the Dubai property market, knowledge of the latest real estate trends and excellent negotiation & customer service skills. 


We were established in 2005 and offer an array of services to clients including short term rentals, property management, cleaning and maintenance. These value-add services give our property consultants the ability to build long term client relationships and repeat business.


We want our agents to be successful, enjoy coming to work, and keep their sense of humor. But, we also expect dedication and brand loyalty.


Requirements:

·      Minimum of two years of Dubai real estate sales or leasing experience with proven success

·      Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service to customers

·      Ability to work independently with great dedication, but proactively communicate with your manager and attend weekly team meetings and pre-scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions

·      Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus

·      Preferably have your own car and valid UAE driver’s license

·      A current RERA license is a plus


Your Responsibilities

·      Acquisition of listings for sale and rental properties

·      Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value

·      Provide customers with assistance throughout the entire transaction process

·      Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions

·      Know the RERA forms and keep up-to-date on DLD regulations

·      Continually develop your network to become an area specialist

·      Full Marketing support. We use Property Finder and Dubizzle. Lead generation is our focal point

·      Excellent onboarding program for you to keep you focused and on the path to success

·      Ongoing training provided by our learning & development coordinator

·      Strong administrative support

·      Access to CRM software- PropSpace

·      Competitive commission structure and incentives for selling add-on services

·      Company visa, medical insurance and RERA licensing costs (subject to terms & conditions)
