Responsibilities:

Completing day to day admin duties including but not limited to the general office duties, dealing with offices vendors and suppliers, office administration including updating client files and collection of data for head office departments. The role will also involve assisting with the day to day enquires from clients and liaising with internal teams in Luxembourg and Spain for completion of tasks.  


Qualifications

• High communication skills.

• English: Advanced (C1)

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Experience in financial sector

• Proactive and self-sufficient

• Well organized

• Customer Focus
